Kapolei has been steadily growing with Costco, Target, Petco and Sports Authority having their grand openings this past weekend. My wife and I took a drive to Safeway and took a couple of pictures on the way home. I’m excited about all of the growth that’s happening out here during these hard times. The openings of these new companies provided a lot of jobs that are badly needed out here on the west side of Oahu.

It’s nice to see that the parking lot was crowded and lot of shoppers spending money tonight. I just hope that our economy starts to get better. The experts are saying that it’s going to get worse before it gets better. I’m hoping that their wrong! Well, I don’t like the doom and gloom reports so I’m going to end this on a positive note.
